Mark A. Sherman Jr. advises public and private companies, commercial lending institutions, and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets and securities matters, and venture financing. He also advises clients on corporate governance and general business matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 2016. Before attending law school, he worked in fixed income trade support at Morgan Stanley.
