Louise focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She previously served as a judge advocate with the U.S. Army, where she represented the Army across several areas of law. She prosecuted soldier misconduct and was appointed as a special assistant U.S. attorney in order to prosecute criminal offenses committed by civilians in the United States’ special territorial jurisdiction at Fort Knox. She also served as an administrative and military personnel attorney, delivering legal advice to command staff and directorates, advising investigating officers, and reviewing investigations. Louise gained the trust of the Army’s command and staff by providing accurate and timely legal advice, and she regularly leverages this experience when serving labor and employment clients.
