Leigh Winstead learned the importance of teamwork, commitment, loyalty, and integrity as a Division I student-athlete at Penn State. Those same values guide her today, particularly in her practice where she focuses on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, and E-commerce.
Following graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University, Leigh served as a complex litigation paralegal in Washington, D.C. where she assisted with securities and commercial contract matters in federal court. She received her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law, and while there Leigh served as a member of the American University Law Review. Her comment analyzing the FCC’s antitrust analysis of the Sirius-XM merger was selected for publication in the Fall of 2009.
