Leah George is an intellectual property attorney at Caesar Rivise, PC, specializing in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. Ms. George collaborates with entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to develop personalized IP protection strategies that align with their individual needs and goals. She has successfully represented clients across various industries in registering and enforcing their trademarks and copyrights.
Ms. George is also an adjunct professor at Villanova’s Charles Widger School of Law, where she teaches Trial Advocacy to law students and assists in coaching the award-winning National Trial Team. She previously served as a Board Member of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
Prior to joining Caesar Rivise, Ms. George was an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office where she represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a wide variety of matters.
