Leah practices general commercial litigation for clients in the energy, real estate, construction, and insurance industries.
Leah’s litigation experience includes arbitration, taking depositions, discovery hearings, drafting substantive pleadings and discovery, interviewing clients, conducting white collar and FCPA investigations, mediation, and managing large-scale discovery projects.
Leah also served as a volunteer prosecutor for the City of Houston, conducting voir dire and trying both jury and bench trials to verdict.
