Kyle Noonan is a trial lawyer in Pierce Atwood’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients – from national companies to family-owned businesses – facing complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and investigations by regulatory agencies. Kyle specializes in disputes involving intellectual property, including trade secrets and trademarks; control and contested decision-making in small businesses; and business torts.
In recent years Kyle has obtained a seven-figure jury award on a breach of fiduciary duty claim; prevailed in a dispute over property taxation following a bench trial; resolved an investigation by a securities regulator without an enforcement action; and dissolved in a matter of days an ex parte attachment entered against a small business.
Kyle has been repeatedly recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in the category of “Ones to Watch” for Commercial Litigation. He is the Maine Contributing Editor of Daller & Daller’s Tort Law Desk Reference: A Fifty-State Compendium. Kyle is a member of the Maine State Bar Association’s Committee on Continuing Legal Education and regularly presents on topics related to litigation.
