Kimberly P. Kirschenbaum focuses her practice on white collar defense, government enforcement and investigations, and complex commercial litigation and appeals. Prior to joining Bracewell, Kim completed judicial clerkships with the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
During law school, Kim was the founding editor-in-chief of The Regulatory Review, an online daily publication devoted to coverage of regulatory and administrative law issues. She also served as an executive editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and the Journal of Law and Public Affairs, which are publications of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
