Professional Biography

Kimberly Henrickson is a Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate Foley’s Washington, D.C. office. Before joining Foley, Kimberly interned at the Securities & Exchange Commission, in the Enforcement Division, and at the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, in the Organized Crime and Gang Section.

During law school, Kimberly was a student-attorney in GW Law’s Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic, where she led several trials before the Special Masters of the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the Court of Federal Claims. She also served as the Executive Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and authored two articles that were published in nationally recognized legal journals. Kimberly volunteers with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project as a case screener and with the Washington English Center as a conversation tutor for refugees.

Prior to law school, Kimberly was an analyst at a jury consulting firm where she conducted comprehensive pre-trial jury and venue research across the United States. Kimberly is a former Foley summer associate.
