Rocky Robinson is a partner of the firm and practices in the litigation area. His practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation and arbitration. He has tried more than 60 cases to conclusion. He handles disputes in the areas of business torts, insurance, partnership disputes, securities fraud (both state and federal), oil and gas and energy-related claims and general contract claims.
He also advises and represents clients in the areas of directors and officers liability, commercial, employment and securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, insurance coverage disputes, mergers and acquisitions litigation, fiduciary litigation and probate litigation. In addition, Rocky has also litigated a number of criminal matters at the trial and appellate levels. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
