Kendra is an associate in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending Practice. Kendra advises real estate owners, developers, and investors on complex transactional matters, including:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases (with an emphasis on healthcare leasing), easements and license agreements
- Financing on behalf of borrowers and lenders
- Loan restructuring and extensions
Kendra also provides disclosure and due diligence counsel to cities, counties and other local governments, state agencies, water districts, and other special districts in connection with infrastructure financings and related projects. Kendra has represented clients in a wide range of public finance transactions, including tax-exempt and taxable, fixed and variable rate, forward delivery, and general obligation and revenue bonds.
