Kelly L. Miller is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Dallas office and a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions group.
Ms. Miller focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, licensing and private equity transactions, and general corporate and governance matters. She assists a wide range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Her recent experience includes assisting clients in drafting and negotiating license agreements and advising clients on data privacy matters. Ms. Miller also has experience representing clients in intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Miller earned her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. While in law school, she served as Senior Articles Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review and as a judicial extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge David L. Horan of the Northern District of Texas.
