Kathryn focuses on energy, infrastructure, and environmental transactional, regulatory, and policy matters. She advises clients on matters across the oil and gas, electric power, and infrastructure industries.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Kathryn served as a judicial intern at the US District Court for the District of Columbia, a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Environment and Natural Resources Division, and as a legal intern at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
