Katharine’s blend of practical experience enables her to provide sophisticated assistance to clients throughout the litigation process, from pre-litigation risk management strategy through motions practice, settlement negotiation, and trial.
Katharine’s practice focuses on product liability, mass tort, and toxic tort litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation, including consumer class action defense. She represents a broad spectrum of corporate clients in both state and federal courts.
While in law school at William & Mary, Katharine was selected as a Legal Writing & Practice Fellow and was awarded the Gambrell Professionalism Award and Thomas Jefferson Prize for best student note at graduation. Prior to joining Hunton & Williams LLP, Katharine practiced with a regional Virginia law firm where she advised clients on a diverse array of current legal matters and gained valuable courtroom experience.
