Kasturi Bagchi counsels and manages risk for clients in real estate acquisitions and financings and other asset-based transactions. Having closed such transactions from both a purchaser/borrower perspective and a lender perspective, she quickly navigates through transactions, spots issues and solves problems to close deals on time and efficiently.
Kasturi previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Judge William Albrecht and the Hon. Judge Harry K. Seybolt of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
