Kaleb N. Berhe is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice.
Kaleb has experience representing management in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff cases, and labor relations. Kaleb also regularly counsels clients on a variety of employment issues arising under state and federal law.
Prior to joining Foley, Kaleb worked as an associate for a global law firm where he represented management in various labor and employment matters. Before that, Kaleb clerked for the Hon. Rhonda Reid Winston of the Superior Court of D.C. Prior to his legal career, Kaleb worked as a mental health therapist for a large hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Kaleb earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law (J.D., 2014), where he served as a primary editor and executive board member of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. During law school, Kaleb also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Alexander Williams, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (Ret.). Kaleb earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park (B.A., 2007).
