Jorge Gonzalez is a law clerk in the Corporate Department and a member of the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group.

Jorge earned a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Proskauer, Jorge worked as an associate at a leading Latin American law firm and interned for the Honorable Nathan A. Cook at the Delaware Court of Chancery.
