Jessica Hajdukiewicz* is an insightful, diligent, and passionate advocate dedicated to helping employers achieve pragmatic solutions to a variety of legal issues.
She helps guide employers through all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring and promotion to discipline and termination. Employers also count on Jessica for assistance with leave of absence and workplace accommodations requests, wage and hour compliance, and internal investigations of alleged workplace misconduct, including allegations of harassment and retaliation.
Jessica began her career at Epstein Becker Green in 2022 as a summer associate, where she worked on projects relating to employee handbook compliance, employee benefits, disability accommodations, and unfair labor practice charges. She earned a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (“Seton Hall Law”), where she co-founded its Labor and Employment Law Forum student organization and served as a Comments Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Jessica received the 2023 Center for Social Justice Outstanding Advocate Award for her work at Seton Hall Law’s Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic, assisting several clients facing eviction.
Before entering law school, Jessica was a Benefits Specialist and a Human Resources Associate at a large financial institution in New York City. In those roles, she supported more than 2,000 employees through benefits enrollment, worked on return-to-work protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, documented employment policies and procedures, and managed requests for leaves and accommodations.
