Jane T. Accomando represents electric utilities and other nuclear industry clients in civil litigation matters before US federal courts and government agencies. Her experience includes litigation before the US Court of Federal Claims regarding federal obligations to accept spent nuclear fuel, and whistleblower litigation before the US Department of Labor (DOL). In addition, Jane has experience advising clients on preparing spent fuel damages claims pursuant to settlement agreements with the US Department of Energy (DOE).
