With a background in privacy litigation, he assists clients in preparing and responding to cross-border incidents which span different cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory frameworks. He also supports the team with its advice to clients on data protection compliance programmes, international data transfer mechanisms and other regulatory issues which involve the safeguarding of private information. He has prior experience of matters relating to misuse of private information and defamation.
