Jae Hyun Lee is a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. He focuses his practice on healthcare mergers and acquisitions as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
Jae is a licensed pharmacist in the state of New Jersey. While earning his doctorate degree in pharmacy, he researched methods to optimize the clinical trial process and worked with clinical sites with relation to documentation, data reconciliation and trial requirements. Jae draws upon the strengths of his pharmacy experience in counseling healthcare and life sciences clients.
While earning his law degree, Jae served as a summer associate at the Office of the General Counsel of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He was a student attorney at the Science, Health, and Information Clinic, vice president of finance of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and executive managing editor of the Science and Technology Law Review at Columbia Law School.
