Jérôme de Ponsay is an associate in the antitrust and competition team practicing in all areas of European and national competition law, with specific experience in multi-jurisdictional merger control filings, Articles 101 and 102 cases, as well as regulatory issues.

- Representing Expedia and TripAdvisor in connection with their complaints to the European Commission regarding Google’s conduct in search and related markets.
- Assisting with the preparation of various merger filings for AstraZeneca.
- Advising third parties in the course of merger control reviews in various sectors such as telecommunications and transportation sectors.
- Advising clients from various industrial sectors as regards vertical arrangements.
