Harper Brown is an associate in the Litigation Department at Foley & Lardner LLP. She is based in the Milwaukee office where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
During law school, Harper served as a legal intern for several organizations, including the National Labor Relations Board and Kohler Company, where she researched cases, assisted in depositions, and prepared for trials. She also worked as a clinical law student for the VOCA restraining order clinic where she provided pro bono assistance for individuals seeking restraining orders. Prior to law school she interned at the Federal Judicial Center where she assisted in preparing the orientations for newly appointed federal judges. She began her career at Foley as a summer associate, handling various litigation and pro bono motions and memoranda.
As a law student, Harper served as the Senior Online Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. In this role she selected and edited articles for publication in the Wisconsin Law Review Forward. Harper additionally launched the Wisconsin Law Review’s podcast, Forward. While in law school, Harper also served as a Business Organizations discussion group leader and a new student orientation leader.
