Greg Riolo is the office managing principal of the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
Greg has been with the firm since 1997 and concentrates his practice on employment-related litigation and counseling. He has litigated cases before state and federal courts and various administrative agencies on behalf of management, including claims of employment discrimination, harassment, civil rights, breach of contract, whistleblower, wage-hour and employee benefits. Greg also has appellate experience in the Appellate Division for the State of New York, the New York State Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Greg also counsels employers on employment law matters and the development and implementation of preventive employment practices.
