Mr. Asthana is an associate and registered patent agent in the firm's Electronics Group. His practice involves patent prosecution in a variety of Electrical and Computer Engineering technologies. His undergraduate and graduate engineering degrees were focused in the areas of microprocessor design, computer architecture, and VLSI systems. Mr. Asthana specializes in the areas of computer architecture, microprocessors, digital hardware design, and telecommunication systems. He has also assisted in the analysis of patents for infringement, validity, due diligence, as well as the analysis of intellectual property portfolios to help identify licensing strategies.
