Gary Soles is the head of the firm's Creditor's Rights & Bankruptcy practice. For over 25 years Gary has represented national, regional and local lenders in sophisticated commercial workouts, foreclosures, defensive litigation, business litigation and receiverships. He has litigated matters throughout the state in both state and federal courts. Gary has either foreclosed or successfully completed workouts on a significant number of apartment complexes, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums, golf courses and residential developments. Under Gary's leadership, the firm has added a number of experienced attorneys, paralegals and staff to the firm's Creditor's Rights & Bankruptcy practice to handle the significant volume of creditor's rights legal work resulting from the difficult economic climate. Gary also prosecutes civil white collar crime cases and coordinates criminal prosecution with state and federal criminal authorities.
