Francesca Cardillo is an associate at K&L Gates’s Chicago office. Ms. Cardillo practices with a variety of transactions to facilitate the effective management, transfer, and commercialization of intellectual property. She has drafted, analyzed, and counseled clients regarding software development and software as a service agreements; patent, trademark and copyright licenses; distribution and equipment trial agreements; and confidentiality and settlement agreements. She has served clients ranging from multinational chemical manufacturing corporations and international online retailers to nonprofit organizations. She has also counseled corporate clients and outside counsel regarding trademark enforcement and litigation and due diligence for stock and asset purchase agreements.
