Evelina Shpolyansky is an associate in Barnes & Thornburg’s Los Angeles office. As a member of the Labor and Employment Law Department, Ms. Shpolyansky focuses her practice on employment litigation and wage and hour disputes.
Ms. Shpolyansky has experience in civil business litigation representing clients in state and federal courts, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, in connection with litigation arising from real estate, employment, intellectual property and other commercial disputes.
In 2012, Ms. Shpolyansky earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she was a member of St. Thomas More Honor Society and served on the board of the Loyola Journal: A Digital Student Magazine. During law school, Ms. Shpolyansky externed for the Honorable Sandra R. Klein of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and volunteered for the California State Controller’s Office Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
