Evan drafts complaints, briefs, motions, and discovery requests for toxic torts and other types of commercial litigation to help defend clients in state and federal court proceedings.
He also assists with real estate acquisitions, financing, and leasing.
Prior to joining the firm, Evan was a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Justice Loretta Rush of the Indiana Supreme Court. He also gained experience as a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg and as a law clerk for another Indianapolis law firm.
Evan was team captain and a four-year letter winner of the Purdue University baseball team, earning Academic All-Big Ten honors.
