Erika N. Pont, Assocaite Attorney at McDermott, Will & Emery in Washington, D.C. has handled a wide array of complex commercial disputes including tax controversy, patent infringement, and contractual disputes. Additionally, she has represented hospitals and health systems in investigations and defense of qui tam whistleblower actions involving the Federal False Claims Act (FCA).
Erika has represented clients in Federal District Court litigation in multiple jurisdictions as well as at arbitration and in mediation.
