Emma Arroyo is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.
Areas of Practice
Emma represents companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, and other general corporate matters. Her practice has particular focus in the healthcare industry, and she has experience assisting clients with acquiring, selling, forming, and investing in medical device companies, surgery centers, diagnostic imaging providers, and other healthcare-oriented entities.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Emma was a summer associate in the Orange County office.
Emma received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Southern California Law Review, participated in the Small Business Clinic, and earned Gould’s Business Law Certificate. In law school, Emma also won Best Overall and Best Draft Agreement in the UCLA Transactional Law Competition, having competed with over 30 teams from top-rated law schools nationwide.
