Elizabeth Hummel is an Associate at McDermott Will Emery's D.C. office. She focuses her practice on government contracts matters affecting a wide range of clients. Elizabeth advises clients on a variety of issues, including analysis of FAR and other procurement regulations. She also conducts due diligence on government contract transactions.
Elizabeth has experience supporting litigation of False Claims Act claims as well as bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims. She also has assisted with appeals at the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals.
While in law school, Elizabeth was a notes and projects editor for The George Washington University Law Review. Elizabeth was also a judicial intern to Judge Wheeler for the Court of Federal Claims and a judicial intern for the Superior Court of DC.
