Ed Satchwill supports firm attorneys and clients on a range of litigation matters. Ed is a levelheaded and determined advocate for his clients and works to develop and pursue robust litigation – and litigation avoidance – strategies.
A dedicated and zealous problem-solver, Edward is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal problems. He formulates creative and effective defenses and guides clients throughout the various stages of litigation.
He advises on a broad swath of litigation topics, including contract disputes and real estate and construction litigation.
Before joining the firm full-time, Edward was a summer associate assisting attorneys and clients with a variety of litigation matters. He assisted clients with nationwide litigation spanning many jurisdictions, drafted briefs on admissibility of evidence, motions to dismiss, motions for judgment as a matter of law (JMOLs), and worked as part of a team to roadmap litigation strategy and pre- and post-judgment.
