Daniel P. O'Donnell, Jr. is an Associate in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts as well as before arbitrators.
Mr. O'Donnell's practice involves all aspects of litigation, including examination of witnesses and arguing motions in jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations, trial preparation, settlement negotiations and mediation. His experience also includes pretrial strategy, dispositive motions, discovery, depositions and client counseling.
His employment practice focuses on the defense of employment disputes in federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies.
