Daniel J. Schufreider is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Dan has gained in-depth experience by working on a number of highly complex litigation matters. He has represented clients from a wide array of industries in state and federal court as well as in arbitration proceedings, including banking, financial markets, insurance, and manufacturing. Representative engagements include assisting a regional manufacturer to collect a debt, litigating sensitive insurance coverage disputes, and working with an expert witness in a billion-dollar accounting fraud case.
