His practice focuses on cost-effective strategies, including creative alternative-billing arrangements, for defendants in high-stakes personal injury lawsuits.
As national trial counsel for the country’s leading manufacturer of auto transport trailers, Dan oversees a litigation team handling cases throughout the U.S., including some of the country’s most difficult venues. He also works with manufacturers of consumer goods and industrial machinery and has handled cases involving forklifts, tires, elevators, escalators, automatic doors, dock levelers and other industrial equipment.
