Corinne LaGosh focuses her practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and litigation. She has represented clients in intellectual property disputes in district courts throughout the country and also maintains a patent prosecution practice, preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications. Corinne’s patent matters have involved a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, electronics, lighting, and a variety of software-based technologies.
Prior to joining the firm, Corinne was an associate in the patent litigation practice of a global intellectual property law firm. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Ivan D. Davis, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
