Connor Blair litigates complex business, construction, and intellectual property disputes, as well as constitutional law.
Connor represents clients at the trial level in business and construction disputes that run the gamut of substantive issues: breaches of contract, lien enforcement, enforcement of non-compete clauses, alleged misappropriation of intellectual property, and compliance with various state and federal laws. Connor has successfully disposed of several cases at the responsive pleading and summary judgment stages. He has also tried cases to verdict in both state and federal court and successfully briefed post-trial motions, obtaining a JNOV that set aside a $20 million plaintiffs’ verdict in Baltimore County Circuit Court.
