Cole Waldhauser is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Cole handles a wide range of complex commercial cases including those concerning contract termination and performance. He has argued in arbitration where he directed and cross-examined witnesses and developed case strategy.
During law school, Cole worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt at the Central District of California and as a research assistant for Professor Noah Zatz. He also worked for UCLA Law’s Community Economic Development Clinic where he advanced key policy positions for a coalitional client.
Before beginning his legal career, Cole was a paralegal at another firm in Minneapolis. He also served as an intern for the office of Governor Mark Dayton in Minnesota. Cole was a summer associate with Foley in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
