Christos Christodoulou is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation group and is resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and employment law matters. He has handled matters involving breach of contract and stock purchase agreements, bankruptcy, Title VII, the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, for-cause terminations, non-compete clauses, financial services, regulatory compliance, and internal and government investigations. He has practiced in state and federal courts, before arbitration panels (AAA and JAMS), before federal government agencies (including the EEOC), and in a variety of alternative dispute resolution settings. Christos has handled matters at every stage of litigation. In particular, he is a highly skilled e-discovery practitioner.
