Chris Koehnke is a Shareholder focusing on restructuring, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Chris represents lenders and other creditors with respect to the following:

Representing secured creditors and other lenders in all stages of bankruptcy litigation

Representing creditors in State Court Chapter 128 receivership proceedings, including issues related to lien priority, asset disposition, and settlement of preference claims

Guiding clients through the process of enforcing Article 9 remedies in equipment and other assets through state court replevin litigation

Advising creditors and defending claims made under FDCPA or the Wisconsin Consumer Act
Chris is also a member of the Government Law Group. He has extensive experience representing governmental clients in courts throughout Wisconsin. He serves as the Assistant Village Attorney for the Villages of Elm Grove, Lannon, Hartland and Lac La Belle, and has previously served as Interim Assistant City Attorney for the City of West Allis.
