Christoph Krieger

Professional Biography

Christoph Krieger is an associate and member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group based in our Frankfurt office. His practice covers all areas of intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark and tradename law, as well as copyright law and litigation involving unfair competition. As such, Christoph advises national and international clients on trademark issues and the administration of IP portfolios, including complex national and international trademark applications, as well as enforcement and license agreements. He also has experience working on complex IP transactions. Christoph further advises clients on issues related to commercial and competition law.

Prior to joining the firm, Christoph studied at Goethe University Frankfurt, as well as Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich, and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with an emphasis in intellectual property and commercial law at Bond University, Queensland, Australia. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt, Christoph gained extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and unfair competition law as a legal trainee at an international law firm in both Frankfurt am Main and Sydney.
