Christie Daly is a partner in the Denver office and a member of our Compensation and Benefits Practice Group. Ms. Daly’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits.
She represents both private and public companies, assisting with the design, implementation and administration of equity incentive arrangements and non-qualified deferred compensation (including arrangements subject to Section 409A) and their treatment in corporate transactions. She advises employers, directors and executives on incentive plans and employment and severance agreements. She also counsels clients regarding SEC disclosures and filings relating to executive compensation and employee benefits.
