Mr. Gadansky has practiced law throughout Kentucky since 2002. He has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts throughout the state, focusing primarily on municipal liability, public sector defense, civil rights litigation, employment litigation, and general insurance defense. Mr. Gadansky's litigation experience in public sector defense includes specific experience in defending local governments, governmental agencies and officials in connection with claims brought against them under both state and federal law, including Section 1983 claims, federal constitutional claims, Title VII (ADA and ADEA), use of force claims, public employer defense, wrongful death, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, employee discrimination, state constitutional and negligence claims, among other claims unique to city and county government. Mr. Gadansky has also practiced extensively in the area of general insurance defense litigation since graduating from law school to include claims of product liability, medical malpractice, bad faith and general liability claims.
