Charlotte has particular experience in financial transactions, including structured and asset-backed financing and cross-border transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient group structuring and a range of corporate joint venture arrangements, among others. She has counseled clients on the financing of aircraft, ships, power stations and other high-value assets.
