Catherine Richardson is an associate in the Tax Group in Cadwalader's London office.
She advises clients on all aspects of U.K. and international tax (both direct tax and indirect tax) and has experience of advising on a variety of different types of corporate M&A transactions, international capital markets transactions and general banking and finance matters.
Catherine received Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees (BCom/LLB) from the University of Queensland, Australia. She was admitted to the roll of Solicitors of Queensland in 2011 and admitted to the roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2013.
