Carol Muratore is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. She counsels clients on the purchase, development, financing, leasing and sale of real estate. Carol regularly represents banks, developers and other owners of a wide variety of commercial properties including office, retail, warehouse, industrial and multi-family properties.
Carol has broad experience in office, retail, warehouse, industrial and other leases (representing landlords or tenants); condominium formation and operation; real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions; declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions; easements; acquisition and sales of property; management agreements; Wisconsin local counsel opinions in financing transactions; and tax free exchanges.
