Based near Madison County, Illinois and St. Louis City, Missouri, and licensed in both states, Carla has defended thousands of asbestos cases from inception through resolution. Representing clients ranging from small shops to global corporations, she has experience in every facet of litigation, from investigation and discovery to experts and trial or settlement. A skilled litigator, Carla has tried cases in both state and federal courts, and has negotiated hundreds of cases to favorable resolution. Building on her experience as local and regional counsel, Carla also represents clients on a national basis, coordinating and overseeing the defense of hundreds of complex toxic tort and personal injury lawsuits nationwide, and counseling on corporate risk management issues.
