Camillo Di Donato is an associate in the Corporate Group at Cadwalader’s London office. His practice focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, and general corporate matters, including corporate governance and shareholder activism.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Camillo practiced as a U.S. debt capital markets lawyer.
Camillo is a graduate of Yale Law School where he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. He also received a Ph.D. in corporate law as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees in law from Bocconi University.
Camillo is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
