Benoit Zagdoun is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery and is based in the Firm’s Paris office. He is a member of the Corporate Advisory Practice Group and his practice involves corporate and commercial law with a focus on M&A transactions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Benoit was an associate at another international law firm.
Benoit advises private and listed (domestic and international) companies on general corporate, M&A and securities law matters, and also has significant experience in joint-ventures, groups reorganizations and commercial agreements.
