Audrey Pumariega is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Miami office. She is a member of the Trial Practice Group and focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. In 2013, 2014, and 2015, Super Lawyers Magazine selected Audrey as a “Rising Star” in the area of business litigation.
Audrey is experienced in complex commercial, products liability and intellectual property litigation.
Audrey received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was an articles and comments editor for the Inter-American Law Review and member of the Moot Court Board. She was also a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Audrey was an intern for Justice Jorge Labarga of the Florida Supreme Court.
